How do I choose the right mentor?

Can I share my personal statement or essay?
Yes! If you book an Essay Review session, you can upload your draft so your mentor can give feedback during the meeting.
What if I’m not sure which session type I need?
Start with Application Advice—it covers a bit of everything. Your mentor can then suggest next steps, including future sessions.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can do so through the platform, ideally at least X hours in advance. This helps your mentor stay on track.
Will the session be recorded?
Yes, all sessions are recorded for quality assurance and internal review. Recordings are stored securely for up to 6 months and handled in full compliance with GDPR.
Can I book the same mentor again?
Yes! If you found the session helpful, you’re welcome to book follow-ups with the same mentor (or try others too).
What if I don’t feel the session was helpful?
If a session didn’t meet your expectations, you can contact our support team via email. We’ll review the session recording and work with you to find a fair solution.
